We are currently working on the design and plans for 4 new custom homes on Black Mountain. We will be breaking ground in early spring 2008. These homes will be walk-out ranchers built in a Craftsman style with suspended slab floors and geothermal heating and cooling systems.

Restoration and Renovation Projects:
Among our current projects is a restoration of a fire damaged home in Glenrosa. This home was completely gutted after a fire destroyed most of the upper level including 35% of the roof. We are now at the dry wall stage of reconstruction and well on the way to being finished. We are also working on a full home renovation inside and out. This project once complete will have seen the replacement of the kitchen, bathrooms, all flooring, windows, doors, exterior siding, and decks as well as a complete renovation of the landscaping, including new retaining walls, underground irrigation, lawn, parking and driveway areas. She is a diamond in the rough!
